On August 1st, I had the opportunity to display my work for another First Friday event in Lancaster. This time, it was with the Framing Concept on the 300 block of Queen Street. Scott Parmer, local musician and close friend, was on hand playing songs from his upcoming album, to be named. You can see some of the photos from our photo shoot for that album here.
With the help and patience of a lot of people and a few sleepless nights, the show was a success! I sold one of my favorite pieces within the first couple of hours, had a great time meeting and greeting First Friday revelers, and donned one of my favorite and definitely most impractical hat for the evening. Win– win– win.
The show features photographs of my recent travels to Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania (home state represent!). If you didn’t manage to make it out on First Friday, you’re in luck! The show hangs for the rest of the month of August, so stop by and check it out when you have the chance!
Thanks!
Terri
